SY Series Pneumatic Y Type Trap


The valve body is forged Y type, with small flow resistance and large Cv value.

There is a throttle plate on the valve core, which effectively protects the sealing surface and prolongs the service life of the valve.

The valve core and seat are surfacing welded with hard alloy, which is anti-cavitation and erosion-resistant through special technology and processing.

There are two guide rings on the valve core, the valve stem is balanced in force, and the action is flexible, and it is not easy to jam.

The stem packing is all imported from the United States Garlock, which has good chemical properties and flexibility, low friction, zero leakage, and long service life (average can be used for 4-5 years).

The switching speed is fast, generally 3~5 seconds, which effectively protects the safety of the system and greatly reduces the time that the sealing surface is washed by the medium.

There is a heat sink on the valve cover to fully dissipate heat to ensure that accessories such as pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves will not fail due to high temperature impact (the heat sink design is designed in cooperation with Shanghai East China University of Science and Technology).

The middle cavity gasket is a high-mesh flexible graphite gasket with a wire, which has better sealing characteristics and reliability than general flexible graphite gaskets.

Application range:

It is widely used in thermal power plants and other industries, installed on the steam pipes of thermal power units, and can be divided into:

Main steam pipe trap;

Reheat pipe trap;

Cold and reheat pipe traps;

One, two, three, four, five, six extraction pipe traps and others.
