Typical application:

The minimum flow recirculation valve (minimum flow valve) is a key equipment supporting the boiler feed pump in the power plant.

The feed water pump pressurizes the boiler water from the deaerator to 20-30Mpa or above, sends it to the high-pressure feeder, and finally enters the boiler. These feedwater pumps need to pass the minimum flow rate to bring out the heat generated during operation, prevent overheating of the pump, and avoid damage caused by cavitation of the pump blades. When the unit has just started and is about to be shut down, the boiler feed water flow is very small, and in the event of an accident, the boiler water demand will also decrease. In order to ensure the normal operation of the pump, a recirculation system needs to be installed at the outlet of the pump to return part of the feed water from the outlet of the pump to the deaerator.

The circulating convection control valve is developed on the basis of the porous anti-cavitation valve cage structure, the multi-stage spool throttle control valve structure, and the labyrinth laminated control valve structure. It is a new generation of high pressure difference anti-cavitation control valve product. The key part of the circulating convection control valve-the circulating hedging disc. Due to the special structure and craftsmanship, compared with the currently popular labyrinth discs, this disc has a similar shape but very different functions and principles. Circulating convection disc is to process several grooves that are opposed by each fluid on the disc. The groove path is tortuous and curved. The direction of the fluid is changed more than ten or even dozens of times to increase the resistance and gradually reduce the pressure, which can prevent Cavitation and cavitation occur during the depressurization process. The grooves are intersected by concentric annular grooves and radial grooves. The adjacent flow channels can communicate with each other. The fluid flows from the outer ring to the inner ring through the radial grooves. During the process, a part of the fluid is divided into two and flows back to form an opposition with the part of the fluid coming from another channel. The force of the fluid is used to reduce the speed of the fluid, while the other part of the fluid merges into one and merges in opposite directions. .
